Design Feature: Stomping Grounds

Located in the heart of Garden Oaks at 34th and Alba, Stomping Grounds features 26,000 SF of premium retail and restaurants space with 17 individual tenants on a 3-acre site. Three existing onsite structures were repurposed and oriented to face a new 8,000 SF green space anchoring the project. ‘The Green’ at Stomping Grounds offers an expansive space to play, relax and gather for the arts, markets, fitness classes, concerts and more. Events are hosted each week designed to bring culture and connection to the community.
